YOUTH REGULATIONS

The TSV Munich-Allach 1909 eV recognizes the youth regulations of the BLSV and the corresponding professional associations.

§ 2

membership

The club's youth includes all members up to the age of 18 as well as the elected and appointed youth workers.

 

§3

Tasks of the club youth

The task of the club's youth is to promote youth work in sports, to carry out tasks relating to youth education and youth welfare and to represent common interests within the framework of the club's statutes.

Tasks of the club youth

The club youth leads and manages itself independently and decides within the framework of the

Statutes of the association on the use of the funds accruing to it.

YOUTH DAY

There are ordinary and extraordinary club youth days. The club youth day is the supreme organ of the club youth.

 

  1. composition

 

It consists of:

  • the club youth leadership.

  • all young members of the association (from the age of 10).

  • all employees in the youth work of the association.

  • Children and young people have the right to vote from the age of 10.

  • The youth association spokesperson must be at least 14 years old, but still under 18, when they are elected. Assessors of the club youth management must be at least 14 when elected, the chairperson or deputy Chair must be at least 18 years old.

  1. Tasks of the club youth day

  • Receipt of the reports and the financial statement of the club youth management.

  • Discharge of the club youth management.

  • Election of the club youth leadership for the election period of two years.

  • Resolution on existing applications.

    The annual association youth day takes place at least 6 weeks before the general meeting of the association. The corresponding provisions of the association's articles of association in § 8 and § 11 apply accordingly to the convening, quorum and resolution.

CLUB YOUTH MANAGEMENT

 

  1. The youth leadership consists of:​

  • the chairperson,

  • the deputy chairman,

  • the club youth spokesperson,

  • assessors.

  1. The club youth management is elected for a period of two years by the club youth day.

  2. If one of the members of the club youth leadership leaves this body or the club for any reason, the club youth leadership appoints a temporary representative who is assigned to the club youth leadership with a seat and vote until the next new elections.

  3. The chairperson of the association's youth leadership is a voting member of the association's committee.

  4. The club youth management fulfills its tasks within the framework of the club statutes, the youth regulations and the decisions of the club youth day. The club youth management is responsible for its decisions to the club youth day and the board of the club.

  5. The meetings of the association youth management take place as required. At the request of half of the members of the association's youth leadership, the chairman must convene a meeting within two weeks.

  6. The club youth management is responsible for all youth affairs of the club. It decides on the use of the funds flowing to the youth of the association within the framework of the resolutions of the association youth day and the statutes of the association.

YOUTH CHANGES

Changes to the youth regulations can only be decided by the ordinary youth club day or an extraordinary youth club day convened specifically for this purpose. They require the approval of at least three quarters of the voters present. Changes to youth regulations only become effective after confirmation by the general meeting of the association.

COME INTO EFFECT

 

The youth regulations came into force in accordance with the resolution of the general meeting of March 15, 2001.
